Tony DeSantis leads the Data Analytics & Insights service at Lutz with over 23 years of analytics experience. The first part of his career was spent investigating fraud, waste, abuse and corruption through data and analytics. Taking that experience, Tony turned to looking at patterns, trends and anomalies to highlight potential areas of issue.
At Lutz he is responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts that help clients access their data, interpret and analyze the collected data, as well as designing report visuals and dashboards. In addition, he helps client develop and implement their analytics strategy. Tony specializes in data collection, data visualization and execution of analytics strategies.

Alex Lutz serves as Lutz Tech’s Director of Service and has been with the Lutz Tech MSP since its inception in 2012. With a background in computer and systems engineering, Alex specialized in addressing business challenges with IT Solutions.
During his time at Lutz, he has been responsible for the growth and development of the MSP’s service division. Presently responsible for MSP Service Operations and technical strategy within the Data Analytics practice, Alex’s areas of focus are ITSM and MSP Analytics.
